Recruitment is the first key in human resources development in every organization. A good recruitment methodology, will assure the availability of a high quality human resources, which is required by every organization.

Until now, many organizations are not taking their recruitment process seriously. Many organizations that still doing their employee candidates recruitment like “buying a cat in a sack” without considering the methods used.

The targeted selection and interview method is a method which is a complementary to other employee selection methods that we know. This method is useful for focusing questions in a new employee interview process, to be a clearly targeted, measurable and planned process. So, the interview process which is usually done without a clear direction become better and more structured.

This method is also useful in doing existing employee competency assessment.
