Learning Organization is defined as an organization which continually develop its capacity to create a desired future.

Learning Organization is necessary mainly when a change process was implemented in an organization. In a change process often we encounter resistance, caused by fear of threats that could affect various attitude, traditional custom and relationship established within an organization.

Only by understanding obstacles of change and creating a learning environment, an organization can develop a change strategy that could overcome resistance with the best approach and solution. Learning Organization will overcome resistance openly and not denying that there is no resistance of change.
